After five years in Australia, Heather returned to the UK to work for a healthcare consultancy business, designing and maintaining the company's quality standards, and training the staff.

In 1998, Heather and her family moved to Dubai, where she worked as Administrator and Events Coordinator for Australian Business in the Gulf Group. After nine years, the family moved once again, this time to Kuala Lumpur for three years, and from there to Singapore where they currently reside.
