It is increasingly important in the business environment today that we not only attract a good and profitable customer, but we then constantly engage with them and develop a long-term sustainable relationship with them.

This 2-day workshop will focus on the importance of exceptional customer service – being aware of customer needs and reacting to them effectively. Customer Service Excellence (CSE) will guide individuals to understand, anticipate and respond to our customers' needs in a consistent way across the GAC World.
