GCA Responsibilities:

Rhea is responsible for ensuring the continued suitability of GCA’s ISO 29990 quality management system and administering the performance management system. Rhea supervises the timely delivery of pre, during and post-course launch activities in terms of course facilitation, whilst supporting the long-term relationships with facilitators, GLOs and relevant stakeholders, and supporting GCA HR processes.

Human Resource Management, Personal and Professional Development, eLearning, Total Quality Management and Scholarship/Social Responsibility Accounting.


Rhea brings her extensive experience in quality management, human resource development and business management to the role of Quality Assurance Coordinator in GCA. Rhea is an experienced quality professional and professor, has experience in human resource management, with a passion for teaching, mentoring, team building and youth development programmes.

Rhea was a scholar, and academic at heart.  She has worked as a Student Council Officer whilst undertaking her Bachelor’s Degree (as a Dean’s List Candidate), and later commenced a Doctorate in Philosophy. She then went on to apply her quality and business management knowledge as Professor in the field of business and quality, whilst also holding the position of Coordinator for Scholarship of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas in the Philippines.

Rhea has overseen a number of important projects including donations schemes, scholarship funds and key advisor for an interest development programme.  Her strength in project management and commitment to these ventures were awarded by the University for three consecutive years.

The foregoing experience is highly regarded by GAC Corporate Academy in its ongoing ISO29990 quality operations.
