Tender and Bid Management (TNB)

 

Tender and Bid Management course is designed to cultivate the skills necessary for delivering tenders, bids and proposals that win. Good proposals don’t happen by accident.

The best bids are those that are compliant, respond to the requirement, and best meets the customer’s objectives. This course will include analysing “Where we are at” with our current bid performance, implementing a GAC-specific tendering process, shaping the requirement, differentiating GAC and the importance of information design.

This course is designed for all GAC personnel and partners who have previously completed GAC Sales Fundamentals (GSF), Advanced Sales Techniques (AST), Profitable Customer Strategies (PCS), Key Account Management (KAM) and those who manage a team of sales staff.
